We are looking for a Chef De Partie(CDP) who will be responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a specific section of the kitchen (cold, grill, pastry etc) by delivering consistently high-quality food, in line with recipes, hygiene standards and procedures. The CDP will be responsible for stock rotation and purchase orders in their area of responsibility. The CDP must ensures the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Excellent communication skills, specifically in the kitchen environment

Able to work under pressure.
Excellent culinary talent.
Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree with 1 year experience or a minimum of 3 years CDP experience
