Jogger hit with stick by 2 assailants for her money
It was 9:30 am on Thursday morning when a motorist discovered a woman curled up in rue Lucien Beluriez in Vieux-Condé, in France.
The driver, a shopkeeper, then stopped her vehicle and took charge of the victim who was injured.
She took her to her shop while waiting for help to arrive.
The victim told her that she was jogging along the Jard Canal when she was approached by two individuals.
They asked her for money, but she refused. Mad with rage, the two attackers punched the jogger in the face and ribs.
The victim was taken to hospital. Luckily she gets away with minor injuries.
An investigation has been opened. So far the two attackers have not been identified.
