Service Station Forecourt Supervisor, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

We are seeking a very competent individual whose key role
will be to do the following tasks:

· Train and coach forecourt staff on an ongoing
basis to improve their level of understanding and competence in their roles as
forecourt attendants.

·
Evaluate the performance of the forecourt staff.

·
Brief staff on new campaigns and staff notices
from Management.

·
Conduct daily Operations checks such as safety
checks, service checks, stock checks, etc.

·
Conduct regular meetings with staff.

·
Liaise with Management to improve performance on
the forecourt business.

·
Supervise all aspects of forecourt operations.

·
Serve customers on the forecourt.

·
Handle customer complaints professionally and safeguard the reputation of the business.

·
Will work long hours including night shifts at
times.
