Office Administrator needed in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape

Well established IT company in Walmer is looking for an Office Administrator.

Duties will include:

Answering telephone

Ordering and receiving of stock

Make client appointments

Filing and typing of all correspondence

Stock take and stock control

Sales and Telemarketing

Drawing up of quotes

Placing orders

Handling client queries

Prepare staff salaries (using QuickPayroll)

Petty cash control and banking

Bookkeeping (using Quickbooks Accountant 2016) – Creating invoices, statements,
prepare payment of accounts, VAT and relevant SARS payments.

Reconciliation of accounts

Handling debtors and creditors

General office administration and Management

Basic web design, domain registration and hosting

Create advertising material

Requirements:

Matric

Valid drivers license and own transport

Relevant experience (at least 3-5 years)

Salary: Market related
