On New Years Eve, he was dancing with a gun and shot a 4 year old child
The drama occurred on New Year’s Eve in an apartment in Arlington, Texas.
At around midnight, a 21-year-old was dancing in an apartment with a loaded pistol when he accidentally fired a shot.
The bullet passed through the room and lodged in the head of a 4 year old child who was present in the dwelling.
Several people present at the party transported the boy to the hospital where his death was declared by the doctors.
The shooter and other revelers tried to trick police into believing the child had been hit by a stray bullet, fired in a shootout outside the home.
But the police have noted inconsistencies in their story.
Taken into custody, Zantyler Foster-Hooks confessed to police that he accidentally fired the shot while he was dancing. He charged with manslaughter.
