Homeless man finds wallet and returns it to owner: he gets $ 34,000 in reward

A few days ago, Sean Currey, a 57-year-old homeless man, found a wallet behind a cafe in San Rafael, California .

Inside there was cash and codeless credit cards.

But, despite the cold and hunger, the 50-year-old contacted Evelyn Topper, the 80-year-old owner, and returned the wallet to her without demanding anything in return.

Moved by the gesture of the homeless, the little girl of the octogenarian, aged 12, then launched an online kitty on the GoFundMe platform .

34,000 dollars have already been raised for the homeless with a target of 50,000 dollars.

“It’s not charity, it’s compassion, the most beautiful form of love,” Vanessa Topper wrote on GoFundMe.
